gah! Love these trees. I've been looking at trees a lot lately. We were driving from Taupo to Hamilton on the weekend and it was foggy and amazing. The trees looked like the most mysterious beings I've ever laid eyes on. But for I was to mesmerized to tell jacob to stop so I could snap them. Which has now made me long for Waikato fog. Anyway. Beautiful.
i always find it kind of distressing on road trips these days, especially because i don't drive - i just want them to stop the car so many times so i can run through the fields with my camera! but imagine how annoying that would be if i made someone pull over everytime there was i tree or a horse or something too beautiful to miss...
i know just what you mean about trees in the fog and rain. they're like wise old beings beyond memory.
