in the last of the light, when the garden gets away...

i love my nana's garden. it was so wonderous when i was a child, with it's stream, and white bridge,
and it's orchid house. i would drink lemonade and look for ducks...and i love how every year
it gets a little more decayed. but my nana's garden makes her sad. it was her pride and joy and now she is too old.
it begins to look like 'grey garden' ...but that wouldn't be a compliment to my nana!

i love the two last pictures, it's so monumental. I hope she can manage to take care of smaller things and find joy in those.

i love the textures, all the dead leaves make me feel rather nostalgic.
